Knudsen Egg Nog, Season's Greetings

Directions

1 package vanilla, pudding mix, 2 tsps. unflavored gelatin, 2 cups Knudsen Egg Nog, 1/2 tsp. rum extract, 1 cup Knudsen, Whipping Cream, 9 inch baked pie shell. Combine pudding mix, gelatin and Egg Nog in a saucepan and cook over low heat until thick. Remove from heat and stir in rum extract. Chill. Whip cream until stiff. Beat Egg Nog mixture until smooth and fold in Whipped Cream. Pour into baked pie shell and chill several hours until set. Garnish with Whipped Cream, nutmeg or chocolate shavings. Keep refrigerated. To open. Push up.
