In small bowl, combine 1/4 cup Heinz Balsamic vinegar 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and dash hot per sauce. Slowly whisk in 1/2 cup olive or vegetable oil; stir in 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese. Use as a dressing for sliced tomatoes and onion on Bibb or Boston lettuce or mixed green salads. Makes 1 cup. Best if used by date on bottle.
