In shell, cooked - keep frozen. Quick clam sauce: In a large saute pan heat 2 tbsp of olive oil, add 1 tbsp each chopped garlic and shallots, cook until shallots are soft. Add 1 pack PanaPesca hardshell clams, 2 oz white wine. When the shells begin to open add 3 oz of marinara sauce. Bring to a boil, add in 1 tbsp of fresh basil, toss and serve over 6 oz of cooked linguine. Prepare in your favorite seafood recipes. Keep frozen until use.
