Popping instructions: Place 1 /4 cup of cooking oil in a heavy 3 quart pan or skillet on a burner set at medium-high heat. Put several kernels into the pan and cover. When these kernels pop, add enough kernels to cover the bottom of the pan. Shake the pan occasionally. After the popping is complete, remove from the heat and empty into a large bowl. After popping, add seasonings, salt and/or melted butter if desired. This popcorn will also pop in air poppers. Separate to open. Press zipper to close.
