The family tradition continues: From the beginning, my grandmother ruth bigelow made the holidays a very special time at bigelow tea. She would personally select and then wrap the perfect gift for each and every employee. Our mother would dress us in matching outfits that she had hand sewn. I was so excited to be a part of this ritual. With each delivery I insisted on hugging and kissing every employee! Gifts are still given out, but it is now the children and grandchildren of our employees that are the recipients at our annual "North Pole Party".
