Microwave directions: What you need: 1-1/4 cups water. 1/2 cup milk. 2 tbsp. soft spread or butter. 1. Stir water, milk, spread and one pouch of potato mix in microwaveable bowl. 2. Microwave, uncovered, on high 3 minutes. 3. Cut off top edge of one pouch of Velveeta cheese sauce. Squeeze cheese sauce onto potatoes. Use a fork to swirl cheese sauce into potatoes. Makes 4 servings. Caution: bowl and potatoes will be hot.
