Directions

Caution: Do not remove paper cup. 1st: Assemble your firewood and build towards the middle leaving enough room for the paper cup. 2nd: Place one (1) fire starter paper cup under the firewood. 3rd: Light the rim of the paper cup with a long safety match and watch your fire grow. The fire starter cup will burn for 20 - 30 minutes.

To extinguish firestarter: In case of emergency use a UL dry chemical fire extinguisher or carefully cover with a wet towel, or sand.
Enviro-Log firestarters are designed to provide large flames to start/ignite wood fires in any sound and approved (UL listed & masonary) fireplace, woodstove, chiminea or outdoor fire pit. Always open your damper before starting your fire. Always use a fireplace screen. Check and manage your fire regularly and extinguish all open fires and embers when done.
Caution: Risk of fire: Never use more than two firestarters at a time. Do not store near fires or open flames. Never use as a candle, or burn freestanding in a candleholder.

Many factors affect the operations of your fireplace. A properly installed and maintained fireplace and chimney will dramatically reduce the likelihood of combustion products entering your home. An inadequate air supply could cause a fireplace malfunction. If you suspect that your unit is not functioning properly, a qualified contractor should be contacted.
