Campbell's Sauces Slow Cooker Beef Stew

Directions

You will need: 4 medium carrots, cut into 1 1/2" pieces (about 2 cups). 2 large potatoes, cut into 1 1/2" pieces (about 2 cups). 2 lb. beef for stew cut into 1 1/2" pieces. Slow cooker. (6 quart size recommended). Cooks in 7-8 hrs. On low or 4-5 hrs. on high. 1. Layer carrots and potatoes in slow cooker. Top with beef. Pour sauce over beef. 2. Cover & cook on low 7 to 8 hours or until beef is fork-tender. (or cook on high 4 to 5 hours). Let stand 10 min. or until sauce thickens. Stir before serving. Tip: serve with your favorite crusty bread! Promptly refrigerate after opening. Do not purchase if open or torn. Do not microwave.
