Cooking instructions (serves 3-4): Heat 1 tspn of vegetable oil in a pan. Add skinless, boneless chicken breasts or beef, cut into strips and stir-fry for 4/5 minutes. Shake contents of jar and pour over the meat. Gently simmer for 10 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked. Instead of meat you could use vegetables or fish (simmer for 5 minutes). To complete the meal garnish with coriander and diced onions, serve with basmati rice, Indian breads and Tiger Tiger chutneys and pickles. Storage: store in cool dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 4 days.
