Garlic butter Shrimp scampi: Prep time: 5 minutes. Makes 6 servings. Cook time: 10 minutes. You will need: 1 pkg. Mccormick seasoning mix . 1/4 cup Each olive oil and butter (1/2 stick) (Substitution: Use 1/2 cup olive oil or 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter instead of 1/4 cup each olive oil and butter. Directions: 1. Heat oil and butter in large skillet on medium heat until butter is melted. Add shrimp and seasoning mix; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. Stir in lemon juice or wine, if desired. 2. Toss with cooked pasta to coat well. Kitchen Tips: Serve with grated parmesan cheese, if desired. Shrimp Scampi Tortellini: Add 1 cup halved cherry or grape tomatoes to skillet after cooking shrimp. Cook and stir 1 minute to slightly soften tomatoes. Add 1 pkg.
