Turkey Gravy: Total Time: 5 minutes. Makes 1 cup. You Will Need: (Read labels of all recipe ingredients to ensure all are gluten-free). 1 kg McCormick Gluten-Free Gravy Mix, 1 cup water. Stovetop Directions: 1. Stir water gradually into Gravy Mix with whisk in small saucepan. 2. Stirring frequently, cook on medium heat until gravy comes to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 to 4 minutes. (Gravy thickens upon standing). Must be cooked for food safety. Microwave Directions: 1. Stir water into Gravy Mix in 1-1/2-quart microwavable bowl. 2. Microwave on high 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring after each minute. Microwave ovens vary: cook time is approximate. Kitchen Tips: Serve over mashed potatoes.
