All it takes is flame & flavor. Take your grilling to the next level with this island-inspired blend of pineapple juice, ginger and bell peppers. You will need: 1 package Grill Mates marinade; 1 to 2 lbs. pork, chicken, shrimp (do not marinate seafood longer than 30 minutes) or salmon (do not marinate seafood longer than 30 minutes). Flavor up to 2 lbs. Directions: Place meat in plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade, reserving 1 to 2 tbsp. for basting, if desired. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Grill until desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade. Grilling Tip: Hawaiian Rum Marinade: Mix 1/4 cup dark rum into the Marinade. Continue as directed. Tear & pour.
