Directions: Prep Time: 15 minutes; Cook Time: 12 minutes. Makes 6 servings. 1 pkg. Saute Seasoning Mix; 1 cup water; 2 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce; 2 tbsp. oil; 8 cups assorted cut-up fresh veggies. 1: Mix water, aminos and Seasoning Mix in small Bowl. Set aside. 2: Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add veggies; saute 4 to 6 minutes or until tender-crisp. 3: Stir sauce mixture; add to skillet. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Simmer 1 minute or until sauce is slightly thickened. Serve over cooked rice or noodles, if desired. Tab's Tips: Use veggies such as broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, snow peas & zucchini.
