Prep Time: 5 minutes; Cook Time: 20 minutes; Makes 8 servings. You will need: 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix; 2 tbsp. mayonnaise; 4 boneless chicken breasts, about 1/2 to 1-inch thickness (about 1 3/4 lbs.). Oven Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place chicken on large foil-lined sheet pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. 2. Brush top of chicken breasts with mayonnaise. Coat top of chicken breasts with Seasoning Mix, pressing lightly to adhere. 3. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165 degrees F). Air Fryer Directions: 1. Preheat air fryer on 360 degrees F for 3 minutes. Brush top of chicken breasts with mayonnaise. Coat top of chicken breasts with Seasoning Mix, pressing lightly to adhere. Place chicken, coating-side up, in single layer in air fryer. 2. Air Fry 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165 degrees F). Kitchen Tips: Try substituting BBQ Sauce, honey mustard or sour cream in place of the mayonnaise. Sprinkle the Seasoning Mix onto macaroni cheese, casseroles or misted veggies for extra crunch and flavor.
