Directions

Tex-Mex Chili: Prep Time: 5 minutes. Cook Time: 15 minutes. Makes 4 servings. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix; 1 lb. ground meat; 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained; 1 can (15 to 16 oz.) kidney, pinto or black beans, undrained. Assorted Toppings: Shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped onions, tomatoes or cilantro. Directions: 1. Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat. 2. Stir in seasoning mix, tomatoes and beans. Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with toppings, if desired.
