Directions

You will need: 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces. 2-1/2 cups water. Ready in about 20 minutes. Brown: 1lb chicken breast pieces in large skillet, cook until done.* Add: 2-1/2 cups water, seasoning and pasta. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Broccoli florets. Cover: Simmer & stir often for 7 min. add broccoli; cover and cook until most of the water is gone, about 2-4 minutes. Remove from heat. Add cheese! With Velveeta cheese sauce pouch. Stir in cheese sauce. Customize it! Crumbled Ritz crackers are the perfect topping to this skillet. *Minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F when tested with meat thermometer.
