Usage Advisory - Safety Warnings: Irritant. External use only. Hair color can cause an allergic reaction, which, in certain rare cases, can be severe. Therefore, you must follow these precautions: Do Not Lighten Your Hair if: you have rash on your face or sensitive, irritated, and damaged skin; you have ever experienced any reaction after lightening; you have shampooed before application. If you have a tattoo, the risk of an allergic reaction may be increased. Perform a skin allergy test 48 hours (24 hours for Canada) before each use of this product (see insert). Remember to buy your product 2 days ahead of time. Avoid contact of this product with the eyes and skin. Do not swallow. Don't apply heat while processing. Avoid unnecessary skin contact by wearing protective gloves when mixing, applying, and shampooing. Thoroughly rinse hair after application. Do not use if your hair has been colored with henna or metallic dyes. Wait at least 14 days after bleaching, relaxing, or perming before coloring. Keep the product out of reach of children. Not to be used for children under the age of 16. If the lightning mixture gets into the eye, flush the eye immediately with a large amount of lukewarm water and seek medical advice. If skin contact occurs, rinse with water. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Contact a physician. Caution: This product contains ingredients that may cause skin irritation in certain individuals, and a preliminary test according to the accompanying directions should first be made.
