Shake well before use. Canning instructions: Makes 8 pints. 1. Using a non reactive pot, add 32 oz of canning vinegar. 2. Add 32 oz water. Add 4 tbsp of canning salt. 3. Stir occasionally. Bring to boil. 4. Use caution. Contents will be hot. Using 8 oz of hot mixture, follow your favorite canning method remembering to adjust canning time for your part of the country.
