Microwave or regular oven. Perishable. Keep frozen. Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove overwrap and cover bowl with foil (foil should not touch food). Place bowl on a cookie sheet and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until thoroughly heated. Microwave oven: Remove bowl from box. Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Heat for 5 minutes or until hot. Toaster oven: Remove all packaging. Transfer product to a covered toaster oven-safe dish. Cook using conventional oven instructions shown above. Ovens vary, so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.

Drawing on the rich Mexican heritage of our California community, Amy's chef, Fred, has created a dish that combines the authentic flavor and ingredients of the traditional tamale with the easy eating convenience of Amy's entrees in a bowl. It's made from organic white corn masa, black beans, sweet golden corn, tomatoes and a careful blend of chili peppers and spices. We're sure you will welcome and thoroughly enjoy this addition to Amy's family of Mexican food. Responding to customer requests, our chefs have created a line of "light in sodium" meals with all the flavor and goodness of our regular meals, but containing 50% less sodium.
