Shake well. Pineapple Mango creme. (1 serving): Place 2 large scoops vanilla fat free frozen yogurt and 1 cup chilled pineapple mango kerns nectar in blender, and blend until smooth. Pineapple mango aqua fresca (1 serving): Place 1 cup chilled pineapple mango kerns nectar, 1/2cup frozen chopped mango and 1 tablespoon lime juice in blender, and blend until smooth. Place ice cubes in tall glass, stir in nectar mixture and sparkling water. Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
