Grill: Grill or Broil: Cook on a gas grill on high or over red hot charcoal coals for 4 to 6 minutes per side. Bake: Bake: Cook in baking pan in 400 degrees oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until done. Fry: Skillet: Cook in a preheated skillet over medium high heat approximately 6 to 8 minutes per side. Cooking times may vary. USDA recommends cooking all whole cuts of thawed meat to 145 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer placed in the thickest part of the meat , then allowing the meat to rest for three minutes before carving or consuming. Keep refrigerated.
