How to Cook the Best Patties. Step 1. Refrigerate patties until ready to cook. Step 2. Place patties on well-oiled grill and cook for about 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Step 3. For best eating experience, flip one time halfway through the cooking process, do not press on patties while grilling, and let rest for 3 minutes after cooking. Step 4. Enjoy with your favorite toppings! Note: If cooking patties on the stovetop, we recommend using a cast iron skillet and following the instructions above. Keep refrigerated.
