Directions For Use: 1. Combine 9.52 oz (270 g) Grace Seasoned Mix for Saltfish Fritter and 2 cups (500 ml) water. (Use 1-1/2 cups (375 ml) of water for thicker fritters. 2. Let batter sit for 10 mins. 3. Fry by tbsp, in 1/2 inch of oil until golden brown. 4. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot. Yields 40 fritters.
