Pan Saute: Medium low heat 20-22 min. Preheat non-stick fry pan without oil. Flip halfway. Air Fryer: (1700 W) 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) 18-20 min. Arrange in a single layer in the basket. Oven: 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) 18-20 min. Flip halfway. For added crispiness broil on high for 1-2 min. Note: Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Fully cooked fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Cook to minimum internal temperature of 158 degrees F (70 degrees C). Caution: While every effort has been made to remove bones from this product, some bones may remain. Keep frozen. Cook from frozen. Keep frozen until used - do not refreeze if thawed,
