Directions

For 1 pouch, you will need: Cold water. 1 egg. Directions for 1 pouch: 1. Combine 1 pouch, 1 cup cold water and 1 egg in a small bowl and stir with fork until well blended. 2. Let stand for 10 minutes, while preheating lightly greased griddle on medium-high heat. 3. Cook pancakes by pouring 1/3 cup batter for each pancake onto hot, greased griddle. Cook 1-2 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Flip and cook another 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Tip: For crisper pancakes, add a little more oil to griddle. Refrigerate leftovers. High Altitude: no adjustment necessary. Serving ideas for potato pancakes: Use as a side dish with chicken, cold cuts, sausage, burgers, roast pork or any meat and gravy. Serve with sour cream and applesauce for light lunch or snack. Use as a breakfast accompaniment with berries or other fruits. Store in a cool, dry place.
