Directions: (1) Parts should be clean and oil free. (2) Shake bottle before each use. (3) Remove cap and snip nozzle tip. (4) Apply threadlocker to the engagement area of the bolt, screw or nut; covering 5 to 6 threads. Avoid direct contact of nozzle tip to metal surface. (5) Assemble parts and tighten to specified torque. Fixture time within 20 minutes, full cure in 24 hours. Refer to Technical Data Sheet for complete information. Not for use on plastic parts.
Product Details
High strength removal. Can be disassembled. Prevents loosening. Protects thread from corrosion. 1/4 inch - 1 inch (6 mm - 25 mm). Meets OEM specs. A removable high strength threadlocker for fasteners 1/4 inch to 1 inch (6 mm to 25 mm) in size. Fasteners can be disassembled with normal hand tools using extra force. Recommended for parts subjected to prolonged vibration or heavy-duty service. Provides stronger resistance than Blue threadlocker to side-to-side movement. Ideal for light-weight, high-performance engine parts as well as marine, powersports, power tools and industrial equipment. Protects threads from corrosion. Temperature range: -54 degrees C to 150 degrees C (-65 degrees F to 300 degrees F).
