Shake well before using. Easy Mango Chicken Curry (Up to 6): 1. Fry diced chicken in a little oil in a deep sided frying pan for 5 mins or until golden. 2. Add the jar of sauce and simmer for 15 mins or until the chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice. Also delicious with mixed vegetables, shrimp or protein of your choice. Adjust simmer time accordingly. You Will Need: 1 lb diced chicken, 1 jar of Patak’s Mango Curry Simmer Sauce, 1 lb cooked rice. Pop to unlock flavour. Once opened, use immediately.
