Cooking instructions: These premium quality vegetables should not be overcooked. Cook only until heated through. *Cooking times and settings may vary with model of appliance. Keep frozen. Stove top: place frozen vegetables into 1/3 cup boiling water. Gently stir until water returns to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 4-6 minutes. Drain and season to taste. Microwave: do not pierce, puncture or open the steambag. Gently massage the package to break the product apart before placing in microwave. Place the steambag in your microwave, directions side up, and cook on high for 5-6 minutes. *Remove from microwave and allow to stand for 1 minute. Carefully pour vegetables from pouch; season to taste. Caution: contents are hot. Note: the power of microwave ovens varies. You may have to adjust cooking time.
