Tear open the packet at the notch. Hold bottom of opened packet in cupped hand. Place all five fingers of the opposite hand into the opened packet with nails against the wet pad. Wrap wet pad around all five nails being sure entire nail is covered. Use cupped hand to press and hold wet pad firmly against all five nails for a full two minutes. Then rub each nail vigorously before removing nails from packet. Using the clean side of the pad, do the same procedure on opposite hand. If any residue remains, remove pad from packet and rest it on residue until you can wipe it clean. Immediately wash hands and apply lotion. Follow the same steps for regular polish but only hold the pad against nails for 20 seconds. No-mess express works on toes too! Just follow the same steps as above.
