Cooking directions: Stir fry: lightly oil wok or skillet with vegetable oil or non-stick spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add stir fry vegetables. Cover and cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until vegetables reach desired tenderness. Season to taste with your favorite stir fry sauce. If desired, add cooked shrimp, crab, chicken, turkey or beef. Simmer: for every 8 ounces (approximately 1/2 bag) of stir fry vegetables, bring 1/2 cup water to a boil. Add vegetables and bring to second boil. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer 6 to 8 minutes, until just tender. Do not overcook. Drain. Season to taste. Steam: pour 8 ounces (approximately 1/2 bag) stir fry vegetables in vegetable steamer and place over boiling water. Cover and steam 6 minutes, until just tender. Season to taste. Microwave ovens: pour stir fry vegetables in 1-1/2 quart microwave-safe dish. Add water and cover. Microwave on high as directed on chart. Season to taste. Servings: 2 large: 5. Vegetables: 8 oz: 16 oz. Water: 2 tablespoons: 2 tablespoons. Cooking time*: 3 minutes. Stir and continue to cook 3 to 5 minutes: 5 minutes. Stir and continue to cook 5 to 7 minutes. *Microwave cooking times may vary from one oven to another. For best results, consult owners manual. Keep frozen until ready to use.
