Read and follow these cooking directions. Microwave: 1. place meal in microwave oven. Do not puncture film. 2. Microwave on high 4 to 5 minutes. Microwave ovens below 1100 watt may require additional cook time to reach proper temperature. Let stand 2 minutes. Carefully remove film from top as product will be hot; stir. 3. Check that product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. This special film may make steaming or popping sounds as the meal steams.
