Keep frozen. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Heating instructions: Microwave*: 1. Place frozen vegetables in a microwave-safe 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. 2. Add 2 tablespoons water and cover. 3. Heat on high for 5-7 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. 4. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Stove top*: 1. Bring 1/4 cup water to a boil in 3-quart saucepan. 2. Place frozen vegetables in boiling water. Cover and boil 3-5 minutes. 3. Drain and serve. *For food safety and quality, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Cooking times may vary depending on cooking method and equipment on cooking method and equipment. Adjust time and heat settings as necessary.
