Directions
Keep frozen. Defrost at room temperature for 15-20 minutes or until Mathia is easy to separate. Peel each piece carefully. Heat Vegetable oil in frying pan. Test oil temperature with a small piece of Mathia to check to see if Mathia fries immediately (Mathia should expand and bubble up' instantly). Using tongs, individually fry each Mathia for only a few seconds (2-5 seconds is usually enough). Remove the Mathia and place over paper towel to drain excess oil. Note: Color will continue to darken after removing from oil. Keep frozen. Do not refreeze after thawing.
