Cooking Instructions: Cook sausage until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F and exterior is well browned. Due to special curing process and flavoring, sausage will remain pink inside when fully cooked. Microwave preparation is not recommended. Stovetop: Slice thawed sausage roll into 12 thin patties and place in skillet. Cook over medium heat, turning to brown evenly, 13 to 18 minutes. Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or keep refrigerated. Use or freeze within 5 days of purchase.
