Keep frozen. Thaw: Remove frozen fillets from package and quick thaw under cold running water, or place in refrigerator overnight. For microwave thawing, use oven's defrost setting (refer to user manual of microwave oven for details). Pat fillets dry with paper towels. Baked: Brush fillets with butter or butter substitute. Season to taste. Place in light greased broiler pan and broil for 5 minutes on each side. Additional time may be needed with thicker fillets. Pan fry: Fry a single layer of fillets in a skillet with hot oil at 350)F until golden brown or until fish flakes easily. Transfer to plate lined with paper towels to drain, and serve immediately. Note: Fillets are done when flesh flakes easily with a fork.
