Directions

Safety button pops up when original seal is broken. Refrigerate after opening. Roasted salsa meatloaf: Mix together 2 lbs. of ground beef, 2 beaten eggs, 3/4 cup of bread crumbs, 1 medium onion & 1 medium bell pepper (chopped), salt & pepper and 3/4 jar of Mrs. Renfro's Roasted Salsa. Mold and put in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and add glaze. Bake for an additional 15 minutes. For glaze, mix together 1/4 jar of Mrs. Renfro's roasted salsa, 3 tbsp. of corn syrup and 2 tbsp. of catsup.
