Directions

Blend powdered au jus mix and water together. Bring to boil, simmer at greater than 160 degrees F for 10 minutes and serve. Serve or hold on low heat, covered. Powdered au jus may be increased or decreased slightly to suit taste. Recommended usage levels. Yield: One(1) cup, powdered au jus mix: 1 tbsp, Water: One(1) cup; Yield: One(1) qt, powdered au jus mix: 1-1/3oz (4tbsp./1/4 cup), Water: One(1) qt; Yield: Four(4) qts, powdered au jus mix: 5-1/3oz (16 tbsp./1 cup), Water: Four (4) qts.
