Directions
Keep frozen. Do not defrost. Bring large pot of water to boil. After boil, add tablespoon coarse kosher or sea salt. Put in tortelloni. Let cook 10-12 min. Remove pasta with slotted spoon or gently pour into colander/strainer. Do not rinse. Immediately plate, sauce and serve.
