Directions

Keep frozen. Do not defrost. Bring large pot of water to boil. Once boiling, add 1 tablespoon coarse or sea salt. Place Gnocchi in pot. Cook 3-5 min. or until it floats. Remove pasta with slotted spoon or gently pour into strainer. Do not rinse. Immediately plate, add sauce and serve.
