Jell-O No Bake Lemon Meringue Pie Dessert

Directions

What you need: 5 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted. 2-2/3 cups cold water, divided. 1. Stir crust mix and margarine in 9-inch pie plate until crumbs are evenly moistened. Press onto bottom and up side of pie plate. 2. Pour 2 cups water into medium bowl. Add filling mix. Beat with mixer 3 min. or until smooth. Spoon into crust. 3. Pour remaining 2/3 cup water into separate medium bowl. Add whipped topping mix. Beat on low speed 30 sec., then beat on high speed 3-1/2 min. Spread gently over filling. 4. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until firm. Dip pie plate, just to rim, in hot water 30 sec. for easy cutting and serving. Refrigerate any leftovers.
