Keep frozen. Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Leave pie in the tray and place on a cookie sheet. Bake 35-40 minutes until pie is heated throughout and crust is golden brown. (If glaze is desired, brush top crust with butter or milk and honey after first 20 minutes of baking.) For best flavor, wait 2 minutes before eating. Microwave oven: Remove overwrap. Leave pie in the tray and place on a microwave-safe plate. Cook on high for 4-5 minutes. For best flavor, wait 2 minutes before eating. Toaster oven: Remove all packaging. Transfer pie to a toaster oven-safe dish. Cover pie with foil. Cook using the conventional oven instructions above. Ovens vary, so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.

Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's Kitchen to produce delicious, nourishing frozen meals for health-conscious people too busy to cook. We use only the finest natural and organic ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. No meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs or peanuts are ever used in any Amy's products. The idea for Amy's Kitchen was born along with our daughter Amy on Nov. 18, 1987. Suddenly there was little time to prepare wholesome, nutritious meals. Amy's Kitchen was created for people like us, looking for a hearty, homecooked, tasty meal made with natural ingredients, but with the convenience of a frozen dinner. We are starting with a traditional favorite, pot pie. It will remind you of the pot pies you grew up with. Fresh organic vegetables and tofu are simmered in a creamy sauce, flavored with herbs and spices, then baked in a tender flaky crust made from 100% organic whole wheat flour.
