You will need: Makes 6 muffins. 1 large egg. 1/4 cup milk. 1/4 cup oil. Corn bread muffins: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Grease muffin tin or use paper baking cups. 3. In bowl, combine egg, milk, and oil. 4. Add muffin mix and mix until smooth. 5. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter. 6. Bake 375 degrees F for 13-15 minutes. Microwaveable: 1. In bowl combine egg, milk & oil. 2. To bowl add muffin mix; mix until smooth. 3. Spray microwave safe muffin pan or line with baking cups. 4. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter. 5. Place muffin pan on microwave turntable. 6. Bake on high 1 1/2 -2 minutes. (Microwave wattages may vary, adjust accordingly).
