Ideal texture for icing cakes, cupcakes and cookies. Easy to tint using Wilton Icing colors (sold separately). Stiffen icing for borders and flowers by adding 1 tablespoon confectioners sugar at a time until desired consistency is reached. Yield: 8 cups of icing, which will cover two 2-layer 8 inches cakes, three 9 x13 inches cakes or 64 cupcakes. Made in USA.
