Keep frozen. Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove overwrap and cover tray with foil (do not let foil touch food). Place tray on a cookie sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until heated throughout. Microwave oven: Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Heat on high 4-5 minutes. Toaster oven: Remove all packaging. Transfer product to a covered toaster oven-safe dish. Cook using conventional oven instructions shown above. No meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs or peanuts are ever used in any Amy's products. We all love lasagna. There is something about the combination of pasta, tomato sauce and melted cheese that spells "comfort," and depriving our gluten intolerant and vegan customers of this comfort food just didn't seem right. So the chefs at Amy's have created a vegetable lasagna made with spinach, zucchini, sweet carrots and tofu mixed with luscious melted Daiya™ non-dairy mozzarella-style cheeze between layers of light tender rice pasta.
