Directions 1. Add 2 parts hushpuppy mix to 1 part water. 2. Stir gently until thoroughly mixed. Mix should be about the thickness of oatmeal. 3. If possible, allow mix to set for 10 or more minutes. 4. Drop from small spoon or scoop into 350 degree hot oil. 5. Fry for 2 minutes or until golden brown on outside, whichever comes first. -For crispier hushpuppies, make mix with extra water and extend fry time-
