Directions. 2 cups of Biscuit Mix (using measuring cup to measure) into a round bottom mixing bowl. Add 3 to 4 oz. water (using measuring cup to measure), mix above with a spoon or hands until thoroughly mixed. If the dough is too wet to handle, you may add more Biscuit Mix to dry it down. Turn dough onto a smooth surface that has been dusted with Biscuit Mix or flour. Knead 10 to 12 times while dough is still in a small ball. Then sprinkle top of dough with Biscuit Mix or flour and roll or pat out dough to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut biscuits with a 2 inch cutter, dusting cutter each time you cut a biscuit. Place biscuits on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees in a preheated oven for 6 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Brush melted butter or margarine on tops of biscuits while hot out of the oven. Yields 10 to 12 biscuits.
