Directions: 2 cups Biscuit Mix (Using measuring cup to measure) into a round bottom mixing bowl. Add 3 to 4 oz. water (Using measuring cup to measure), mix above with spoon or hands until thoroughly mixed. If dough is too wet to handle, you may add more Biscuit Mix to dry it down. Turn dough onto a smooth surface that has been dusted with Biscuit Mix or flour. Knead 10 to 12 times while dough is still in a small ball. Then sprinkle top of dough with Biscuit Mix or flour and roll out or pat out dough to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut biscuits with a 2 inch cutter, dusting cutter each time you cut a biscuit. Place biscuits on greased cookie sheet and bake at 450 degrees in a preheated oven for 6 to 10 minutes or until brown. Brush melted butter or margarine on tops of biscuits while hot out of the oven. Yields 10 to 12 biscuits. For Institutional Use: Pour 5 lbs. Biscuit Mix into a large round bottom pan, and add 32 to 40 oz. buttermilk and repeat instructions above. If biscuit crumbles, dough should be needed more.
