Directions: For Frying: Roll moistened chicken in Atkinson's Chicken Breader. Lay on tray or waxed paper for approximately 10 minutes so the moisture will absorb the breader. Deep fry in 350 degree hot oil, or pan fry for 15-20 minutes depending on thickness of chicken. Cook other meats the same way. Squash: Wash and slice 1/4 inches thick. Roll in chicken breader and fry in hot oil. Potatoes: Peel potatoes. Slice 1/4 inches thick. Roll in chicken breader and fry in hot oil. Atkinson's Chicken Breader is also great for making and thickening gravies! Baking: Prepare chicken the same as you would for frying and place in a greased or buttered baking dish. Bake for approximately 35 minutes at 400 degrees depending on the thickness of your chicken.
