Directions: For Pan or Deep Frying: 1. Preheat Oil to 325 degrees. 2. Moisten seafood, poultry, beef or veggies. 3. Roll meat or veggies in breader mix. 4. Drop meat or veggies in hot oil. 5. Cook until golden brown. Fried Dill Pickle Chips: Moss spicy breader; dill pickle chips; 350 degrees hot oil. Drain pickles in colander. Rinse pickle juice and salt off pickles with water. Coat pickles with Spicy Breader. When coating best to drop each pickle in breader separate so they do not stick together. Shake excess breader off. Drop into hot oil. Cook until brown about two or three minutes. Drain on paper towels. Let cool slightly. May use banana pepper rings or jalapeno slices instead of pickle chips. Delicious on all meats & veggies. Also delicious on seafood poultry, beef, or veggies. To open, twist top and lift the wire ring off.
