Instructions: Preheat griddle to 350 degree F. Whisk together 2 cups of mix. 1-3/4 cup water and 1 egg until batter is smooth. Pour about 1/4 cup batter onto hot. Lightly greased griddle. Cook until bubbles break over the surface and edges appear dry. Flip and brown other side. To maximize shelf life, store between 50F and 70F in a well ventilated, low humidity area away from heat sources.
